About the role
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Waitress to join our team at Lounge & Hotel in Malete, Ibeju Lekki. You will be the face of our service, ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve meals and beverages promptly
- Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area
- Handle payments and process bills
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor issues
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Positive attitude and teamwork spirit
- Relevant experience in hospitality or customer service
