About the role
We are looking for a reliable Male Kitchen Assistant to join our restaurant team in Lekki Phase 1. You will support the kitchen staff in daily operations, ensuring a clean and organized workspace while helping to prepare meals efficiently.
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work surfaces
- Receive and store deliveries of food items
- Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies
- Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling
- Follow health and safety standards at all times
- Support the team during busy service periods
- Report any equipment issues to the supervisor promptly
Requirements
- Male applicant
- Ability to work full‑time hours
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Good physical stamina for standing and lifting
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work well in a team
