About the role
We are looking for a skilled Male Chef to join our restaurant team in Egbeda, Lagos. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality meals, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes
- Manage daily kitchen operations and workflow
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
- Collaborate with management on menu development
Requirements
- Relevant experience as a chef in a restaurant setting
- Good knowledge of Nigerian and international cuisines
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations
