About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Barman to join our Hotel & lounge team in Malete Ibeju Lekki. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, ensuring a clean bar area, and providing excellent service to guests.

• Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to recipes
• Serve drinks promptly and accurately to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized bar workspace
• Restock bar supplies and manage inventory
• Handle cash transactions and process payments
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with the service team to enhance guest experience

Requirements

• Relevant experience in bartending or beverage service
• Good knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling cash
• Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
