A commission of 50% of your first full month’s salary applies to every job secured through our agency. Your annual subscription fee is non-refundable and valid for one year; a renewal fee is required after 12 months for continued services, regardless of your placement status. Reliability and professionalism are strictly enforced. Missing a scheduled interview results in a N2,000 penalty, while a second absence will terminate your contract, requiring a N5,000 fee to reactivate. Once placed, you must complete at least 30 days of employment; quitting before this period will lead to immediate contract termination. We maintain zero tolerance for negligence, insolence, poor communication, or theft, all of which will result in contract cancellation. To protect our network, sharing client contact information with third parties or bringing unregistered individuals to interviews is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action. If you remain unsuccessful after four job referrals, you may be required to undergo mandatory professional training, which may attract an additional fee.
